Not very good When I checked into my room I looked over the room and noticed that there was all sorts of hair all over the beds. I then went to the front desk and complained to the staff. They did switch me to a different room, but upon looking over that room I noticed that there was hair on those beds as well as well as trash and other people’s garments behind the dresser and the nightstand. The room was not clean. Bathroom toilet had a dirty ring around it. There was long black hair all over the bathroom floor and bed. The mattress cover had blood stains on it. It was gross!

Price explains cleanliness For the price you pay you can I guess you really can’t complain about the cleanliness. The whole room had a dirty feeling. Everything in the room was sticky and dusty. There was a dog urine stain on the couch. There was a roach/waterbug in the room. I’d never stay here again for free.

Totally disgusted!!! Completely dissatisfied and the worse experience possible. I made this reservation a month in advanced for 10 nights. After traveling for 27 hours with my family from Japan, I arrived at the hotel at 11:40pm (still within the check-in time). Upon entering the lobby, it smelled funky and smoky, and there were no receptionist at the counter. Barking dog in the next room. Dog smell in my room. Party going on down the hall. Rattling AC unit. No ice machine. No coffee pot. Toilet did not flush properly.

Bad We stayed 3 nights, wasn’t really clean, our room smelled like someone just cooked food in it, beds we’re not the most comfortable, the tv cable was kind of broken so the tv was not clear on some channels, the WiFi doesn’t even work. when we checked out we told the front desk person about it and she said you should’ve told us your first night here we could’ve moved you to a different room, we said a different room wouldn’t have helped (hinting we did not like the hotel) and she was super rude about it after we complained... read more

Free wifi an issue Wifi was slowed down to a crawl, to encorage upsale. But it was so slow that it seemed like a trick.

Cheap room but noisy location I booked this hotel for a business trip -- just one night. Got there to check in and a guy in the lobby was talking so loudly on his phone that I could hardly hear the desk clerk for the check-in. Despite being asked the man to tone it down on the phone, he continued to talk loudly and rudely ignored my request, but eventually walked outside.
