When I arrive to the property, the girl at the front counter, notified me that the room that I had reserved was not available so my arrangements needed to be adjusted to what they had which was not what I had reserved. Then upon entering the room, I noticed that the lights and outlets did not work. Additionally, the back door had no lock on it so anyone could access the hotel at any moment. Horrible! Room was filthy. Tub was still dirty from previous stay. There was trash & leftover items under the bed. Pull out mattress has what looked to be mold on it. The iron was broken and there wasn’t any lightbulbs in the lamps beside the bed. There was not a breakfast. All that was offered was packaged muffins and coffee.

Drove 832 miles , 14 hours to get down to Florida got to the hotel , to me and my families surprise, our room was cancelled, with no call or any kind of a notice, so at 4:00 am with fout children we had to find a different hotel in a hurry
