I didn't like that the bathtub wasn't fully cleaned. There were several stains on the carpet. One of the elevators were broke and it's difficult for me to walk far distance or use stairs. My room choice advertised a sofa-bed which I didn't have. One of the side entrance doors didn't lock properly.
Satisfactory Nice location in business/residential neighborhood, issues with electrical/cooling system (giant fans running off main lobby, plastic hung up etc). Key did not work initially and was surprised with 100 dollar deposit being charged as part of room cost, rather than a hold. Room itself was decent, smelled musty but overall satisfactory. The remote was broken and the toilet seat. I couldn’t get anyone in the front office to assist!
