Broken door locks, smell of drugs throughout entire inside and outside, no presence of staff after 7pm, room absolutely disgusting, stains on walls, stains in shower, broken room amenities, loud rooms from people who appear to live there, people coming and going that aren't staying there, not enough parking lot lights. Will never stay at this brand hotel again. Completely unsa.

I was supposed to write this review when I returned from my trip, but I got sick three days later. I will not be staying at this hotel again. I've stayed at many nice extended-stay hotels, but this one did not meet my expectations. Checking in was easy, but when I got to my room around 7 or 8 PM (I can't remember the exact time), I dropped off my things and left. When I returned, I noticed a terrible odor in the room. The staff at night was not very friendly. There were people slamming doors all day and night. Missing light bulbs tub was nasty toilet seat was loose. Phone and alarm clock not even plugged in. Tv remote didn’t had to get another one from the front desk

The hallway smelt entirely of weed on the second floor, carpet was filthy and flooring sent as if it had putts underneath carpet. The room itself was fine but you could hear just about everything going on in the hotel. Couldn’t fall asleep till almost 2am from footsteps being heard all night to doors opening and shutting.
