Trashy, Dirty hotel with rude staff When checking into our room, the room had an awful smell. We found that we only had 1 towel in the whole room; no wash cloths or hand towels. We also had a half used roll of toilet paper, no extra. We called to ask to get more towels and wash cloths along with toilet paper and were immediately told if we wanted them we better come and get them ourselves. Good area, bad hotel The room wasn't clean, it had empty coke cans around, the toilette paper was not new, the AC was leaking causing the carpet to get wet, the sofa bed mattress was horrible, they didn't have more towels to give to guests, the side exit door wasn't working, and the key cards were dissactivated twice. Housekeeping lady told me that they didn't have towels to give out to guests and that it was terrible to have to work with little supplies. BAD experience Sofa bed broken, had kids with us. Last room available!!! We had to leave not knowing where to stay late at night! Hold Hotels.com responsible for not knowing the hotels they list on their site!

Home away from home!! Had to book this last minute, but I was disappointed! My room had lots of amenities! It was clean, smelled like coconuts. Love that! Had to grab a few things from the front desk, but they were always willing to help. The pool area needs a little work, not too many chairs and the door was broken to go out to it. But other than , that would be my only negative thing to say about my stay. I would stay here again for sure!

I will NOT stay in this hotel. We checked in late at 12AM. Our reservation was paid through hotels.com but when we got there they said that our reservation was no longer available. Unacceptable. They even claimed that we have not paid for the room. After showing them the confirmation and all. they were able to figure out their system and was able to provided us with a different room. The room they gave us heavily smelled like cigarette smoke. I could hardly breathe. The bed, the carpet, the curtains all smelled like smoke. T... read more

We had to struggle with the front desk and a phone call to get the wifi to work, sticky floors, a cockroach in the bathroom. Breakfast was a disappointment not even having juice, just granola bars. They also ran out of coffee.
