Window broke Window was broken in room & they refused to move us to a different room …. It was cold over night …. Very disappointed

not so good Bad odor in common areas, some fixture no working, look around for other options

Great place to relax This was a great place to stay and the Customer Service was excellent. Priscilla helped me locate my room. Definitely recommending it for out of town guests. My daughter and family from Houston stayed here for Christmas and were well pleased as well.
I like the price but the amenities were few. There was a rip in the couch that wasn't mended. There was one small soap. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was skimpy. We had to ask for muffins. The staff though was friendly and helpful. Location was good. It was fairly quiet except for loud barking every time we walked past one door. Lobby was pretty and decorated nicely for the holidays.
