After 12 am front desk clerk wasn’t at the desk for hours. Not a good look. I think HE was in a room sleeping

The breakfast offering is meager.
Ok not fabulous It was ok. Not what I expected for an extended stay on southside of Jax. The receptionist that checked me is was very kind and sweet. The bed was HARD and uncomfortable. No kitchenware available. Didn’t see a hair dryer. Still waiting on my 100 return for incidentals. I had no incidentals so need. My refund. Overall it was an ok stay. Besides they were pet friendly.

The room was small and cramped. The vending machines did not work.

The card machine kept declining my card had to use 3 different cards. Other than that I had a wonderful stay.
