Sunday in the morning when I was sleeping, started the emergency alarm but it was a false alarm to test the system only. Whyyyyy sunday in the morning 9am?

Good for families on a budget My family of five stayed here for a week while we were in Florida. Building is older and kind of dirty but overall I enjoyed our stay. It Is an extended stay so there are people living there so the smells in the hallway or a little odd but once you get into your own room you make it your apartment. Staff was amazing. My kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast is covid friendly but there is tons of shopping and restaurants within 5 minutes of the hotel. 20 minutes from the beach. I would stay there agai... read more

Room okay, but staff needs training Our stay at The Extended Stay-Deerwood- Jacksonville was okay. But this is only because the room was clean and bed comfortable enough so we were thankful for that after a long drive in and the very late arrival. However, the front desk clerk was rude and void of personality when we arrived. There was no greeting or friendly behavior at all.
