Kitchen area was sticky, sofabed was dingy, pool and gym is closed, breakfast was not available. Got room last minute and it wasnt the best but it wasnt the worst. Better than motels.

Location was OK. We were only there one night. Room had a musty smell when we came in. Bathroom, carpet and floors were not the cleanest. All amenities were either closed or out of service. Breakfast was bad coffee and a package muffin. Get what you get for the price but I would pay the extra and stay at a chain hotel.

I didn't like that the bathtub wasn't fully cleaned. There were several stains on the carpet. One of the elevators were broke and it's difficult for me to walk far distance or use stairs. My room choice advertised a sofa-bed which I didn't have. One of the side entrance doors didn't lock properly.

The room that I was in had alot of problems: the tv kept losing signal, the light over the sink didn't work, no couch in the room, weak wash cloth, & no USB port charging outlets.

Satisfactory Nice location in business/residential neighborhood, issues with electrical/cooling system (giant fans running off main lobby, plastic hung up etc). Key did not work initially and was surprised with 100 dollar deposit being charged as part of room cost, rather than a hold. Room itself was decent, smelled musty but overall satisfactory. Nightmare motel..beware! 3 rooms: first room water coming through floor planks in bathroom area. 2nd room no running water in shower/tub due to faucet break they could not repair and 3rd room only one bed when I rented bed/sleeper sofa. Heavy rain during stay and hotel had windows open(due to smell in rooms) entered room during storm and had to secure from downpour. More issues than this..these are just some highlights of this stay.

The room seemed clean and the mattress was comfortable. There was no pot, pan, plate, cup, utensils, etc. in the kitchen. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived and someone had been waiting for a bit. There was no one at the desk in the morning when I checked out. I had to call on the phone and she was in the front room, but not behind the desk. There was no remote for the TV in the room. I called the front desk and was told she would try to find one.
