Room okay, but staff needs training Our stay at The Extended Stay-Deerwood- Jacksonville was okay. But this is only because the room was clean and bed comfortable enough so we were thankful for that after a long drive in and the very late arrival. However, the front desk clerk was rude and void of personality when we arrived. There was no greeting or friendly behavior at all. The condition of the property is a bit worn. The walls a paper thin. There is no ice and no coffee available. The vending machine ripped me off for $5 and the staff said there was nothing they could do about it.

Amazing The stay was amazing they have a kitchen to make food a nice comfortable bed and the staff are so nice especially ms.clarrissa shes helped me a lot I’ve extended my stay 3 times already great place to stay if you need a break
