After traveling 16 hours and ready for a clean room to rest in, we checked in and The hallways smelled awful! There was signs everywhere about it being a non smoking facility and that’s all you smelled. The room smelled awful, rips and stains in the carpet! Hair in the shower! Awful experience!

Needed sheets for pull out couch was told to go down and get them from front desk, pool not working but didn’t know until after check in, advertised for breakfast but only have oatmeal packets, we couldn’t get extra pillows, no hairdryer.

Very disappointed is an understatement The lady upon check in was rude and continued to be rude on each shift after that as well. Many different things were broken like the pull out couch. Was not offered roll away bed till next afternoon. Carpets were nasty with many stains and burn holes , towels were stained... had no toilet paper in facilty for over 2 days had to go purchase my own. Was never offered any solution till a couple hours before check out.Keys many times didnt work had to get them redone. Just kept being told ... read more

Did not like that you had NOTHING in our kitchenette area and had to get EVERYTHING from the front desk. There wasn't even a wastebasket in bathroom and you had to save your trash and take it out YOURSELF. Each morning there was NO grab and go food available due to it ALL being stolen by other guests who did not respect that grab and go does not mean grab it all. Waist of Money As soon as we walked in it smelled like people were smoking Pot. Beer can laying on the ground in court yard area. Requested not to be on 1st floor but that’s where they put us. Kitchen was nasty. Dirt all over the counter. Girl at front desk did not give us linens or pillows for the pullout couch. Had to go back to desk. She told me she had no pillows and I had to tell her I booked a room for 6 and she could go get from another room. Pull out couch was wore out and smelled very musty. Do not stay here Do not stay here. There is no "free breakfast". Rude service, smells like weed, smoke and urine.

The room had no remote control for the tvs. No garbage cans, the kitchen stove was dirty.
