The particular suite that my family and I stayed in was extremely outdated. Things weren’t cleaned throughly and the tub/shower leaked badly. Overall, the property and location was nice but I won’t book there ever again.

Room smelled horrible The vacuum used to clean room was dirty I’m assuming. Otherwise just Ok!!

Disappointed The room was dirty, they gave us one bed instead of the two I paid for. The front desk clerk was the only best thing.

This hotel was disgusting. Staff was rude at check in, room smelled of smoke and the air conditioning was moldy. The sheets had what looked like semen on them. We went back to the front desk and immediately demanded money back for all 3 rooms. We also all had bad headaches from just being in the lobby. I think they cover up the awful smells with tons of cleaning supplies.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Completely nasty The hotel was disgusting, they never had any clean wash rags, we had to turn in our own towels, no room cleaning service ever happened. The attendant was never at the front desk to help. At one point, I waited 40 minutes while letting other guests through the door until she arrived so they could check in. Room i have stayed smelled pretty bad. The flush system is broken and works intermittently. The hotel can be maintaines at better conditions by comparing to other extended stay properties

Very difficult checkin process, I arrived one hour prior to check in time and I was promised to get a room assigned when coming back which happened until 11pm and was told that there were no rooms available, finally after 20min or so we got a room assigned.
