Smoke alarm broke, tv stand broke, mildew on bathroom ceiling, carpet not clean, mattress were hard, front desk clerk had good customer service.

The location was perfect and the rooms clean but in general disrepair with a lumpy mattress and lousy pillows

Please do not stay here!! Its not worth or safe I was greeted by Gloria(who was the receptionist). I entered my room and it smelled of old cigarette smoke(I immediately notified her) and she told me she didn't have any other rooms to switch me out with. Then the lock latch was missing off back door, the fire alarm had been pulled from the ceiling and wires exposed, the screen had wholes in it so I couldn't open the window to let fresh air in. Our room was on the 2nd floor. When we took a lift, the lift and whole lobby area was smelling very very bad with the smoking smell. The heater was blowing only and only cold air even though I set it up on high hit. The room was smelling good and clean.

Dirtiest Extended stay I have ever stayed in, We had literal palmetto/roaches walking around on the bedside table, a large roach living INSIDE OF THE ALARM CLOCK. I reserved a king size bed, and Had to move to the third floor due to the uncleanliness, AND YES roaches are a sign of uncleanliness, they eat whatever, the carpets look as though they have never been cleaned, the elevator got stuck at one point. The hotel hallways smelled like urine. It was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom ceiling was peeling off and had mold on the ceilings. The bed covers were as thin as toilet paper and the pillows were terrible. The elevator smelled like cigarette smoke. Do NOT stay here.

Well I was traveling all day and mostly throughout the night when I booked the room through Expedia everything seemed good till I got to the hotel and the lady told me I couldn’t check in yet let me remind you that it was 3am in the morning. The lady told me the room would be ready in 30 to 45 minutes that I couldn’t check in till then. This is after I’ve been driving for a good 13-14 hours. This particular location is very old and needs to be renovated. I only stayed one night and was in town for a funeral. One of the staff members entered my room late that night.....i told the front desk the next day and she acted as if it was normal. Stating that the system must have kicked us out and that the staff member must have thought the room was vacant. I won't be staying here again.....would not recommend.
