Customer service was horrible. The key machine was not working as I was checking in. The front clerk didn’t want to tell us that it would be a while before it would be fix. She wanted to continue to check us in without acknowledging us of the information, she did not give us the opportunity to make a decision as customers. However she continued to tell us you will receive a key, but couldn’t tel us when. Very rude, wasn’t truthful and lacked customer service. I asked for a refund and had to leave.

disappointing. If you are going to stay in an extended stay room it should come with a coffee pot, and not have to go to the front desk in the morning and ask for one once you realize there is none. The one they gave then didn’t work. no throw away cups for coffee so we had to go dig some cups out of our car. Just things you typically would have in a hotel room weren’t included for some reason. Plus they charge for parking. Not like it’s a fancy downtown area where space is limited.

Below average and charge for parking. The kitchenette surfaces did not feel clean. The carpet was very wet in front of the air conditioner. The breakfast was lousy - not a true breakfast. Call it what it is a continental breakfast - granola bars and oatmeal. Charging $6/night for parking is a rip off.
