Awful management.

Diane or whatever her name is checked me in & charged my card for parking. I get to my room, somebody else is in the room. I tell her I have to use the ladies room she then tells me no and that my reservation has been deleted but she’s satisfied with taking my money. I’m disgusted with her and her rude manners & horrible knowledge of computer software systems. I’m disputing everything. Keep in mind this happened at 2/3am and I’m a traveler. Who needed to get a little rest.

Getting less than you paid for Room smelled old and unkept. Bed was hard and pillow would flatten to nothing. Grab and Go breakfast items seemed old. You could hear everyone from upstairs moving around. TV rarely worked. Fridge didn't cool very well. Very few staff members were seen and when they were, them looked overwhelmed with phones ringing and guest checking in. NO ICE MACHINE ANYWHERE.

It doesn’t look like the picture, old, bad condition, smell weird and front desk guy was rude

I arrived at the property early, requested an early check in but when we got her at 12pm and check in is at 3 we were told that it would cost 10.00 per hour to get an early check in. I asked if there was a place we could go to eat until 3 they told us yes but they couldn't keep our luggage but we had too many in our party. They also didn't have a bathroom for us to use. Elevator reeked of urine

The fridge didn’t work and my son got really sick inside there
