Saw several roaches in the room and bathroom. Sketchy people including the workers. Key card would not work. Had to go to front office 5 times to get it to work.

Smelled moldy, musty and had an odor of Marijuana through the halls and out front. I wouldn’t say it was unsafe as we were only there the one night, but there were people hanging out in the parking lot and the front desk clerk to us not to open door for anyone. The front door has an automatic lock and you need a key or to be buzzed to get in… Gave them 2 star because the front desk clerk was pleasant.

I saw a big roach in my room the night before I checked out. It was shocking and scary. To prevented the roach came out, I had to leave my light on the who night. Also there was a guest shouting at 7 in the morning so couldn't sleep afterwards. It's not a quiet place.

my worst hotel experience tbh, late check out was a hassle to request, and upon check out i find a sticker glued to my car warning me that if my car will be there the next day i’ll get towed ??? obviously i won’t be there the next day because i'm checking out. the sticker isn’t even meant to be used on glass - i had to spend 15 minutes removing it. i already paid for parking, there was absolutely no need for that

The room had a smell. The black chair for the desk had a big white mark on the covering. I use airfresher in the room and the smell didnot go away.
