City Riverwalk Best Jacksonville Fl location The customer service I have experienced here at the Extended Stay America is far beyond excellent!!! The Front Desk Manager,Keyoe and Rudy Customer Service Agents/Clerks, Housekeepers and Maintenance are very courteous professional and detailed oriented. I would recommend them to business paleness as well as family members

The place is awesome altogether but had an issue this past weekend. I owned my mistake by leaving my key in my room I went outside after office hrs couldn’t get anyone at the front desk sat outside for almost 2 hrs. Had customer service call them several times even another Extended stay down the hotel but no luck I finally got ahold of someone and when I did the lady was so rude. Convenient. Parking fee not disclosed from expedia. Room card activation broke & didn’t have room access, so we got a refund on our room.
