I loved the fact it was so close to the hospital my mother was in. The staff was friendly. It was pretty noisy outside my room in the hallway, and I would’ve loved some white sheer curtains in addition to the thick darkening curtains because I was on the first floor and wanted to let the light in, but maintain my privacy as well. Breakfast was lacking, no yogurt and no coffee either. They said it was being made, but they should have another pot ready to go at all times. Poorly managed Hotel is clean. They messed up my reservation and did not honor the king bed I reserved. There was no toilet paper The bed was firm and had no blanket. Breakfast was poorly stocked. We have stayed here before but won’t again

Good location, bad hotel The hotel had roaches. Also, it didn’t have automatic entry doors but they had handicap spots. Big hassle getting my bags inside. I could only imagine if I was disabled.
