Decent Stay My stay was ok when I first got there put me and room that wasn’t clean but they put me in another room that was clean so I can say that they customer service was good the room was decent over it was a good stay

It was in close proximity to the ferry, the San Marco area, and walking distance to the Landings and down town.

The staff was friendly, and the property was clean. The only thing i didnt like was the fact that if i needed something extra or pots and plates, i had to go and get them myself.... it would have been nice if the pots and plates were already n the room. And if i request something would have been nice if someone could. Ring mmhmm it to me.

Great staff, okay rooms The front desk staff were so accommodating. There was a mix up with the system not having my reservation but they resolved the issue quickly and professionally. I stayed Christmas eve through Christmas Day and the ladies at the front desk were some of the kindest I had ever met. The rooms were a little dated and because of that there's only so much cleaning one can do. Good Hotel The hotel is good if you are going on a business trip. Has everything close. It has a kitchen on every room and free wifi. It can be a little bit cleaner but its ok for the price.
