The staff was extremely nice. As soon as I walked in a young lady from a side door. You can tell she was not a guest. Dressed like a prostitute. She was allowed to walked around go in and out a side door. She should have been asked to leave by the staff.
The room was to small, the bathroomwas directly in front of the kitchenette when you open the bathroom door there was no room to pass

Nice staff, great food nearby but worse beds. The hotel staff was wonderful. Quick to assist and very informational. The beds are not the size in which are advertised and they are very uncomfortable unless your a guest that likes extremely firm beds...

Worked for what I needed The hotel was okay, simple. I needed and inexpensive place to stay for the weekend and it worked..Location is Awesome Downtown next to river. Staff were friendly as well.

I was on a trip to attend a wedding. I got to the hotel late. Checking into the hotel was a simple process, however the receptionist was not as friendly as she could have been. I'm not use to not having a coffee maker in the room but it was well missed. If you wanted coffee you had to go downstairs. Also, the refrigerator had leftover food in it from a previous stay

The people were great but the carpet...not so much The positive, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The negative, the carpet was tacky/sticky and after I had taken a shower and walked around the room for a while the bottoms of my feet were dirty. Bring socks to walk around in. It’s the worst $200 a night hotel I have ever stayed in. But if you have the need too be near downtown or the south bank it is a tolerable option. Will probably choose a different option for WTR next year.
