Dirty room No tv remote control nor tv listings. Had to get 2 remotes before one worked. Room very dusty. Crumbs under chair. Loose dirt on kitchen and bathroom floors.

New exterior paint looked impressive. Shower was nice, good water pressure and HOT! The staff was pleasant and professional. I do a lot of traveling. Here's two easy tips for the staff. 1. ALWAYS have two people at the front counter between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. There was only one gal (Nicole) there when I arrived at 2:30. My check in didn't begin until 3:05. Took over 30 minutes to check in. Front desk staff was super nice and the best part. Rooms are okay but very dated. Again the staff was super nice and pretty great!

No room service. Air conditioner keeping a lot of noise. Nasty looking refrigerator. Was relocated to another room but this was no better.
