It didn't meet with my expectations!

Location was great! Staff was very nice! However, I booked 2 rooms & the toilet did not work in the one our friend stayed in. He notified the staff, but they had no one available to fix it on a Sunday evening. That should not have been HIS problem....they should have gotten someone!

Staff and location were great. Floor in kitchen and bath apparently never mopped. It was filthy when i cleaned it. Kitchen light didn't work, no coffee maker, no do not disturb signs to hang on your door, no ice machine. Muffins or breakfast bars was the only breakfast and 6 dollar a day parking fee they didn't mention till you checked in.

Good location, bad hotel The hotel had roaches. Also, it didn’t have automatic entry doors but they had handicap spots. Big hassle getting my bags inside. I could only imagine if I was disabled.

Oh Well! Stayed at that location many many times in the past and it’s really taken a downturn it seems. I will not be returning.
