I was on a trip to attend a wedding. I got to the hotel late. Checking into the hotel was a simple process, however the receptionist was not as friendly as she could have been. I'm not use to not having a coffee maker in the room but it was well missed. If you wanted coffee you had to go downstairs. Also, the refrigerator had leftover food in it from a previous stay

Good experience for me bad experience for friend! My overall stay was great! Clean room pleasant staff for the most part. But I'm not to happy with Hotels.com or the Extended stay because they left my friend out on the street. She had booked a room using hotels.com like I did and when she went to check in they didnt show her reservation and didnt have any available rooms. Outstanding!! I can’t say enough about Gloria and her management staff for my one night stay. Gloria was extremely helpful when it came to my late arrival with a baby in tow! She had everything ready for me and I was in our room within 2 minutes. Upon checkout the manager on duty was exceptionally accommodating and understanding. Biz trip The room was comfortable, but a bit dated and could have used some more outlets at the desk. There was a funny smell in the hallway, but fortunately not in the room. Not many restaurants near the hotel.

Very friendly & helpful staff. You had to request kitchen items, which I found odd, but they were prompt in filling requests. The standard (free) WiFi was terribly slow, and the "advanced" (pay) WiFi sometimes bogged down. Would stay again.

The people were great but the carpet...not so much The positive, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The negative, the carpet was tacky/sticky and after I had taken a shower and walked around the room for a while the bottoms of my feet were dirty. Bring socks to walk around in. It’s the worst $200 a night hotel I have ever stayed in. But if you have the need too be near downtown or the south bank it is a tolerable option. Will probably choose a different option for WTR next year.
