Was an OK property for my purpose - visiting family member at Baptist Med Ctr; property seems to be focused towards hard industry workers such as the construction field. Value not there though for cost. No cleaning service unless stay is 8 days or more. Toilet had issues. Hotel staff pleasant enough but overly so.

Don't stay here! I had to go up and down 3 times before my key would work. Was told one price and charged another. Area was really crappy. No Jacuzzi, uncomfortable beds.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. However the soda and snack machine was out of order and there wasn’t a bucket to get ice.

Everyone was very courteous and kind. We couldn't have the breakfast in the morning because we had to be at Mayo super early in the morning and had to fast for blood work. The rate was very reasonable. I had to request a room convenient for my husband (not able to to walk far) and the young lady gave us a room the second one from the front desk on the main floor. Just wish we were younger so we could have walked around the area and enjoyed everything there was to offer.
