It’s a great location to the hospitals which is what I needed it for. The hotel has everything you need. It’s nothing fancy but comfortable. There are dishes, toaster and coffee pot available. You just have to pick them up from the front desk. Like most hotels you can hear your neighbors pretty well. Staff was very friendly.

PM staff unprofessional. AM staff was helpful. Breakfast is just some breakfast bars and coffee.

Good location, Hotels Needs Work The location is good, but the hotel needs to be upgraded. The lobby, elevators and rooms look worn and need to be upgraded.

Room wasn't ready even though it was almost 4pm. Went to eat for about an hour. Room was finally ready. Desk waived the parking fee.....hello, I am paying to stay there, why would you charge me to park! Room was okay. Clean, but noisy from traffic.
