Ok The hotel was fine, just a few minor disappointments regarding when you see that a hotel provides free breakfast and free internet. The "grab-and-go" breakfast was just granola bars and instant oatmeal. I would have loved something healthier, with yogurt, fresh fruit, or something without sugar. I would have also loved real dairy product for my coffee. The free internet was unusable and I ended up paying the $5/day for the upgrade. Overall good stay and convenient location for exploring downtown. It was very close to our conference location and was a better value.

Ok but dated Dated hotel. Grab and go breakfast was pretty disappointing (granola bars and a coffee station). Room was clean and comfortable. Refrigerator in kitchenette was dated and loud. Staff was courteous.

Short stay Stayed overnight only. Chose hotel for location which is good, near waterfront, restaurants. Room was cleaned with strong bleach solution which made air in room have a harsh odor. Had to leave windows open for entire stay without much relief., although at least this indicated the room was cleaned. Free coffee was very good.

Acceptable for the price After seeing the bad reviews and general horror stories about this chain, I was really worried about my room and this was a non-refundable booking. Fortunately it was fine and there were no roaches in sight in my first floor room but it was stressful always on the lookout. Review Second time I've stayed here for work.Really close to downtown. Rooms was really clean but for price and the fact you have to pay to park, one would expect a bigger breakfast selection and possibly a gym.

San Marco Get Away My stay was very satisfying. The staff was friendly and accomadating. The room was clean and comfortable. This area seemed quiet and safe.
