There was nothing unique; it was like a middle to lower end motel, but the location was good. I didn't like the smell of stale cigarettes, despite the touted "smoke free" status of the property. Also didn't like that aside from soap and shampoo, there were no amenities provided; dishes and the like had to be requested and picked up. "Breakfas" was truly minimal, as others have commented-a few goodies on a small table in the lobby, which ran out well before the ending time. overnight stay The check- in gal, Brenda was super nice and check in was easy. Paying for unsecured outdoor parking was strange but only $6. So, okay. Room was fresh and clean and comfortable. Their was no ice available. For one night stay people there is no time to make ice in the little frig. They could easily figure out a way to supply a starter couple of cups of ice; keep bagged ice on hand or exchange an empty tray from room for a frozen one. Breakfast was sort of continental. water building up only thing that I didn't like was the water build up in the tub it goes out real slow

Decent Stay My stay was ok when I first got there put me and room that wasn’t clean but they put me in another room that was clean so I can say that they customer service was good the room was decent over it was a good stay

It was in close proximity to the ferry, the San Marco area, and walking distance to the Landings and down town.
