O.K. except for parking fees and slow internet. The charge for parking is a little BS. The internet speed is painfully slow.

Nice room,good customer service Rather dreary looking lobby and hallway and first smell at entrance way was Lysol but room was decent and clean. Good bed.

Downtown location Couldn't have been better: clean, roomy & staff wears excellent!

Concert bound Check in was great, quite even though we were there for a concert

Nice Hotel, Great Staff, Carpet was questionable. But overall for the little amount of time i was actually in the room it was a good experience.
