Took over 30 minutes to check in. Front desk staff was super nice and the best part. Rooms are okay but very dated. Again the staff was super nice and pretty great!

No room service. Air conditioner keeping a lot of noise. Nasty looking refrigerator. Was relocated to another room but this was no better.

I have spent several long-term stays, and all good. The staff is excellent, friendly, always ready to help. The locations if excellent for working in downtown Jacksonville. The drive is short, and there is a SkyTram station right behind the hotel. Save on money and irritation.

We still can hear trafic sound from outside , I think the need to replaces the windows to block the noise from outside .
