That’s my second time in the hotel and I like the service and the facilities close to downtown also is close to my business working area

New exterior paint looked impressive. Shower was nice, good water pressure and HOT! The staff was pleasant and professional. I do a lot of traveling. Here's two easy tips for the staff. 1. ALWAYS have two people at the front counter between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. There was only one gal (Nicole) there when I arrived at 2:30. My check in didn't begin until 3:05. No excuse for this when the staff knew the hotel was near capacity that night due to the NFL football game the next day. Yes, there were complications with the person at th... read more

Dirty room No tv remote control nor tv listings. Had to get 2 remotes before one worked. Room very dusty. Crumbs under chair. Loose dirt on kitchen and bathroom floors.
