Convenent - across the street from the airport Closest to the airport and no problems with the hotel. But no restaurant facilities. Price much lower than Travelodge which is the next closest hotel. So best to stay here and use the Travelodge bar and restaurant

Last minute hotel needed If booked with Expedia, it's a good idea to check with the hotel if you need a smoking/nonsmoking room. The staff was great and switched us to a nonsmoking room!

Great Staff! They didn't really have much of a complimentary breakfast but the staff was amazing. I've never had a staff treat everybody so kindly and so welcoming.

If you are looking for a hotel near the bus and airport, this is the one. The breakfast is not much!!!! Van runs limited hours, so if you have an early(before 6am) flight or ferry, you have to pay for a taxi. Room clean, and comfortable.

Convenient to Airport Rudy checked us in and was very funny and helpful. Can't ask for more convenience if you have to catch an early flight out. You can easily walk to the terminal. Downside is you will miss even the grab and go breakfast.

Nice, convenient hotel close to airport. I can't say enough about the staff! Always helpful, polite and best of all had a smile on their face constantly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you need to use Ward Air as well.

Tough night Our stay was not the greatest. The shower curtain was soured. There were dogs barking through the night that were there in one of the rooms. We had to remake the bed because the sheet and blanket only went up less than 2/3rds of the bed so we had no covering for our arms and shoulders. When we took a shower the next morning, the tub did not drain and filled with water. Disappointing to say the least.

The only complaint was that I had to wait for an hour for the shuttle to pick me up at the ferry terminal. I would have appreciated a little communication from the hotel. If they were busy & it was going to take so long, I would have taken a taxi. Blew my plans for that night!
