Sadly Going Downhill I've stayed here a lot and was disappointed to see deterioration. The shower rack was falling off, the towel rack was loose, the tub was dingy, the bed-skirt was ripped. When I got the dish pack, the dish-drainer was dirty. No hangers in the room for my clothes. Usually I enjoy this hotel and stay for a week or more. Not sure I will be back. Makes me sad.

Could be so much better Have stayed there many years ago. While they have done some updates, there are other things that are worse. The mattress and pillows are hard and uncomfortable , the “free” internet isn’t functionail and if you want any dishes in the kitchen, you have to ask for them. There isn’t even a coffee pot with complimentary coffee in the room. They do provide coffee in the lobby, but half the time, the carafes were empty. Just the basics No coffee maker in the room by others is coffee in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable. Lighting was not so great. “Breakfast” in the lobby is a bit of a stretch. Instant oatmeal packets and packaged muffins. I didn’t see any fruit.

Close to airlort After spending the night in a room at sixty degrees and no in room coffee no not again

Extended Stay America Airport Juneau The staff was exceptional, very personable and helpful, everything was well put together and clean! My only complaint was the bed and bedding, very very uncomfortable bed- old maybe? Bedding was also very low quality even for hotels. The rest of my experience was wonderful and I would recommend Extended Stay America, thank you!
