Juneau extended stay This is a good place for us to stay during our visits to Juneau to see our family . Our granddaughters like the fact that you have a pool.

Early Flight? Fabulous hotel to stay if you have an early flight. So close to the runway, but our room was not noisy from planes.

Very convenient, can walk from airport. Clean,easy access and staff is helpful, not much of a breakfast selection but can cook in room if you are so inclined.

Good location, breakfast needs improvement The staff is very nice. The hotel is well located if you want to be close to the airport but nothing is a long drive from anything in Juneau. The rooms need some maintenance here and there -- curtains need a little fixing, etc. (in June it is light outside from about 3am to 11pm so fully blocking light from outside is important to many people). The mattresses are very good (firm). For very little money they could improve their breakfast. They could put out real milk/cream for coffee... read more

No ice machine, very little choice in the vending machines and our tv quit working

Ended up with a smoking room I've stayed in this hotel before and was given a regular non-smoking room. Upon checking in, the front desk person said because I booked through Expedia I would only get a smoking room. I've never ran into this problem before. In fact I've used Expedia to book most of my hotel rooms and always have had a regular non-smoking room. I'm not sure why the Extended Stay put me in a smoking room. I wasn't very happy about this. I booked a regular room not a smoking room.

Convenient for Travelers You can easily walk to the hotel from the airport, even with luggage. They take pets.
