Good, and walk from the airport. Above average airport hotel with walking distance of the hotel. Less than 2 blocks total walking from every terminal. Simple!

No refunds I was unable to stay due to the ferry not running so I'm out 180.00 bucks rather mad about this

Check under the bed. We had a dog with us during our stay. The dog immediately found old food under the bed. There was so much food, we had to wait for the desk clerk to come and clean or else the dog would have been trying to crawl under the bed all night! The desk clerk was wonderful and cleaned up chocolate cupcakes, popcorn, plasticware, and several wrappers.

Juneau stay Hotel was right next to air port a little loud from noise from planes. The mattress we're not comfortable at all, but the staff was really great they always had hot coffee!!

Good hotel by the airport Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, had all your basic needs for staying in and was very nice to be literally across from Juneau airport. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, a really pleasant welcome after a long flight coming in. She explained everything available to us very well and she also helped me print something since they didn't have a business center to print from. Take your ad off expedia if you have no intention of following through on reservations made through expedia! Seems like you are giving away Expedia booked rooms if you can so you don't have to share your profit with Expedia??? And why do you only book smoking rooms through Expedia? So frustrating. Also no shuttle after noon? Really?

Normal stay Location was alright, right across the airport. Room was comfortable and had a small kitchen for use. Overall I was pleased with the hotel but did find the towels provided dirty and with orange/yellow stains.
