nice place staff is great, especially David one of the managers rooms are clean, cleaning staff courteous and willing to help hotel is noisy, WYFI is not easy to connect

Laughable continental breakfast Disengaging reception desk staff.......and a stupid review system that forces you to add a minimal amount of character to be accepted.

Close to airport Meh , needed a hotel for the night . We called and were told they have a shuttle to ferry terminal , but upon arrival we’re informed they would get us a cab - which is fine , but then the cab showed up late ... the place is ok , nothing exceptional, typical Juneau customer service.

Great place! Will be back. Really enjoyed or stay here. Myranda at the front desk was very friendly and kind. Always have hot coffee throughout the day for guests and the grab and go breakfast was great also. Really close to the airport, but didn’t even hear planes. Rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. I honestly have no complaints about this place.

Wondering why the only have housekeeping only when we request them. And also there dryers, the lint flies around when it is running.

Overall good The front desk clerk Ryan was awesome and very helpful. Did not like that my 7 year old son found an empty cat food can under the bed. Was NOT happy the front desk clerk or manager (wore a black shirt different than the other staff) questioned who I was when my room key was deactivated 30 min before checkout. He made me wait while my son was alone in the room. Didn’t notice a name tag but the man was very rude. Other than him, our stay was great.

Very convenient and quick access to airport. Also close to some restaurants. In general good hotel.
