Overall good The front desk clerk Ryan was awesome and very helpful. Did not like that my 7 year old son found an empty cat food can under the bed. Was NOT happy the front desk clerk or manager (wore a black shirt different than the other staff) questioned who I was when my room key was deactivated 30 min before checkout. He made me wait while my son was alone in the room. Didn’t notice a name tag but the man was very rude. Other than him, our stay was great.

Very convenient and quick access to airport. Also close to some restaurants. In general good hotel.

First impressions mean a lot Our first impression of the hotel was the employee in the hoodie with the hood pulled up, sitting right outside the front door, smoking a cigarette. This was apparently a common occurrence, as there were numerous butts on the ground at his feet. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful, but unkempt; shirt partially untucked, had not shaved, etc. Room was nice and the hotel was a good value. The best place to stay in Juneau The staff always go above and beyond and the rooms are exceptionally clean.

It worked The location was perfect for my need to depart on an early morning flight. The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is nothing spectacular, and is slowly showing its age of use as it has been years since I have stayed there.

Nice hotel next to the airport It just stayed over night for my flight came in late and my connection was early in the morning. I love the location! And the room was clean, the bed was comfortable!
