Could be so much better Have stayed there many years ago. While they have done some updates, there are other things that are worse. The mattress and pillows are hard and uncomfortable , the “free” internet isn’t functionail and if you want any dishes in the kitchen, you have to ask for them. There isn’t even a coffee pot with complimentary coffee in the room. They do provide coffee in the lobby, but half the time, the carafes were empty. Just the basics No coffee maker in the room by others is coffee in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable. Lighting was not so great. “Breakfast” in the lobby is a bit of a stretch. Instant oatmeal packets and packaged muffins. I didn’t see any fruit.

Close to airlort After spending the night in a room at sixty degrees and no in room coffee no not again

Extended Stay America Airport Juneau The staff was exceptional, very personable and helpful, everything was well put together and clean! My only complaint was the bed and bedding, very very uncomfortable bed- old maybe? Bedding was also very low quality even for hotels. The rest of my experience was wonderful and I would recommend Extended Stay America, thank you!

Great location. Right next to airport. David at the front desk was a real delight. He made sure that I had a taxi scheduled to pick me up the morning I needed to get to the ferry terminal. While another staff member was having a very heated & uncomfortable conversation with a guest, David kept very upbeat and accommodating. Thank you David!
