The person who checked us in seemed a little confused. I gave her my credit card to pay, signed the papers she asked. She then came to our room and said that we hadn't paid. I checked my bank account and it had gone through. When I went back to the desk she just said everything was ok?? Maybe needed more training. The door on our room would not latch without slamming it really hard. The facility is really close to the airport, which is what we were looking for.

This was my 3rd usually my visit great this time not so great at ALL..... the worst room I ever had here ..... the refrigerator was old & rusty I didn’t feel comfortable putting my food in it ..... when I went to take a shower it was holding water😡 like I was taking a shower bath...... the room stink ..... o didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the bed the sheets looked dingy Old with dirt stains ..... I was not satisfied at all room 115 was the worst

I will never go back to that hotel terrible experience and the staff were extremely rude. I asking for extra towels for shower couldn’t provide it. I felt as if I was inconvenient to their business

Looked nothing like the pictures. You posted free breakfast and it was a granola bar. Poor rooms. Didn’t smell quite right.

I chose this property on expedia because it stated that breakfast was included. The only food that was provided was granola bars & oatmeal. This place is more like a transitional home or an apartment for most of the residents that I encountered during my stay. I would not like to stay their again.

Online, the hotel seemed great, but once I arrived for check in, the line was very long (not a problem at all, I understand that completely). The problem was that the desk worker was not very nice or friendly. He treated the customers like they were a bother. The breakfast was not what I would call Continental, but if that is all that is possible to accommodate, I understand. The room was not clean.
