Big pieces of furniture were in the hallway, it was hard to move in the hallway to get to our room. All staff were very friendly!!

Meeting my wife after arriving from different locations. They wouldn’t let her check in without me so she had to wait in the lobby for a while. Kind of a rough way to end after being on the road so long.

At check in near 6 pm no one was at counter. Waited a long time to check in. Walk out breakfast is a joke. Really thought was continental. Front doors into lobby are obviously not sealing well as the entry room smelt like a smoking bar. We had kids and waiting for husband to pull up car was almost too much.
