Short stay, everything was good. Missed the good old days with a warm breakfast though.

We loved the closeness to Country Club Plaza and the art museums! The staff was great. The condition of the building was fairly good except when I walked on the kitchen/bathroom floor, my feet turned black and the north entryway smelled of garbage somewhat (although I was only there a couple seconds).
Not really for visitors or overnight travelers. Lots of people there staying long term. Was a little noisy all night.

The ruin bathtub seemed clean, there was a nice kitchenette that I didn’t expect to be there, the girls at the front counter were very friendly, and the nighttime stay was pretty quiet.

Pleasant staff. Rugs and room old & in poor condition but everything worked. Only carbs for breakfast, no fruit or protein sources; no juice. Fairly clean. Not too noisy. Parking good for inner-city. Great location near museums.
