The staff was friendly and checkin/checkout was efficient. Room floors were dirty. Complimentary breakfast was sparse.

Good location, could use updating Allowed us to check in early, service was friendly. Rooms were large, but we had to ask for any kitchen items we needed and a hair dryer. There was nothing in any drawer or cupboard.

Workers were great! The place stunk like old smoke in carpets, curtains and bedding

Best Buy vs name brand I’ll start with saying you get what you pay for. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette but we had to ask the front desk for the items we needed then turn them in when we were done VS each room already having their own supplies. They also provided 1 dish towel ( no dish soap or dish rag). Breakfast consisted of some juice/coffee, muffins, and granola bars which you must either take with you or eat in your room. I never did see an ice machine but we did have a ice bucket in our room. The room was clean ... read more

Most hotels today have mini fridge and microwave. The difference with extended stay is a full size fridge and stovetop, AND a bar counter with seats to eat or study at. It’s more of an efficiency apartment. It’s important when traveling to have a work desk and a kitchen table for me. Loved this location. Walked to two art museums from back exit of hotel. It’s on KC Go bus routes. Also within walking distance of mall (country club plaza). It’s clean, smells clean, towels are thick.
