Staff was very welcoming , previous customer left undergarments in room. Staff provided new bedding .

Clean room and great location. However not recently renovated and there was a bit of old smell to the room and the halloway. We didn’t really spend much time at the hotel so that was fine for us. The best thing about the hotel was the location, walking distance to the plaza and inna safe area.

they mentioned they had breakfast which really was only to go food, such as granola bars and no orange juice which is what I usually drink. they do not clean rooms on a daily basis. They do not have ice machines, either. they did however have a fridge, and microwave, which was nice.

no service for 7 days - the entire time we have been there

I really liked the location, and having a kitchen. This location needs some remodeling, and a handicap ramp and door. How can any place get away with that?

Something was wrong with the refrigerator it made loud noises all night and my door was loose and looked like it had been broken into

From calling and booking to checking in and staying. The front desk team are beyond incredible! Very kind hearted and very sociable. I couldn't say more, as there are no words, to how kind the staff was at both check in, and check out as well as advice on what to eat at 2 am. Seriously the best staff! Thank you guys so much for spreading kindness and smiles!
