Hotel was extremely overbooked. Original room could not be used because the lock on the door was broken. Was changed to a double bed from a queen. First floor window did not latch shut in new room. However, the gentleman at the front desk was not just pleasant but very fun to talk to considering the circumstances he had to deal with.

Capable staff It was OK. There were problems with my door lock and the staff leaned over backwards to solve it.

Returned after a concert at 11:15 PM the front door was locked and the card key slot would not work. Luckily there were five other people there and one person had a friend in their room and called them to come down to let us all in,very frustrating !

The halls and elevators had a foul odor, but the room was okay. Bathroom was not clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Meh Very basic, a little run down. AC was noisy. Hall noise was audible from inside the room.
It was clean but cups in the room would be a good idea even if they are paper to brush teeth. By the time we got to the room and realized the kitchenette was not stocked we did not bother to go back to the desk to request supplies.
