I'm not sure why this property has so many low ratings. It is not luxurious, but perfectly clean. My room was clean and updated. It is an extended stay property, so food smells from other guests are common, and expected. Parking was plentiful and convenient. The neighborhood is nice and close to everything.

Not very clean and smelled bad. The location was great

The property is in downtown Kansas City-breakfast is literally below a continental breakfast.

Great location near art museums, shopping area and park Nice room with kitchen. Quiet. They don’t clean daily which suits me fine. Roomy bathroom. On Main Street, which runs lengrt of Kansas City, with major attractions off of. I used Lyft, B Cycle, street car and bus. I liked the room souch that I’m going to look into Extended Stays in other cities.

The place got the job done for staying just one night, but I don't think it would have been ideal for any longer. The room was kind of dirty/stained, and the breakfast options were only prepacked muffins and granola bars.

Had funky smell. Not able to check in early which was unfortunate but understandable.
