Definite bare minimum The room was a good size for 2 queen beds (provided) and a cot (we brought). The towels and plastic cups were not stocked well and there were no dishes/silverware in the kitchen. The kitchen was empty except for one dish towel. If one wanted dishes/silverware, they needed to request them. The bathtub had some mildew and rust, and sweet ants were starting to come in by the window. Great location, a little noisy Hotel staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. Right across the street from Country Club Plaza and very close to Westport. The hotel was a little dated and the elevators smelled weird so we opted to take the stairs up and down to our room. The room itself was fine, but the noise from the hallway kept me up at night. There was lots of elevator dinging and doors slamming throughout the night.

Nice customer service, bad housekeeping The shower was covered in mildew, which made the entire room smell. The staff was very nice and helpful.

I've slept in better beds. Aside from the bed itself being hard to sleep in, good experience.

Location, location, location The tub did not drain well, so was up to my ankles almost during my shower. Definitely, can hear noise from hallway in the morning. Would not call that breakfast as the "grab & Go" had no fruit or protein. Location is excellent and that's why we chose it. Close to Plaza and art museums. Walking distance.

Convenient hotel - needs updating My stay was fine, though I did not enjoy being so close to the elevator as it was quite noisy. The room was clean, but could use some updating.

Was a clean basic hotel. Walls where thin and front desk service when somebody was around was poor. Beds hard as rock and pillows were small and flat.
