I was given incorrect directions to my room by front desk so it took almost half an hour to find it. There are no room numbers on the front of buildings to locate room easier. I was charged a $200 deposit for a pet and was told the charge would be void upon checkout. The charge is still on my account 2 days after checkout. I called to ask about the charge and was told it takes 5 to 7 business days for it to fall off. Don't stay here; there's a reason the rates are so low.

I booked 4 nights, I had to book another hotel the first night. The first room smelled terrible, like rotting meat. The floors turned my feet black from walking on them. The bathtub was dirty with soap scum and dried skin. When i informed the front desk, i was moved to another room. The new room was the same smell, bathtub was disgusting, and floors still turning my my feet black with dirt. I checked out after the first night, and still had to pay my full booking and another hotel. Do not stay here!

The shower did not work the bed was broke and the phone in the room did not work it was broke and they didn't accommodate me for any of the trouble there
