Stayed with our dogs, and were told our room was near an exit so we could take them out; when in reality we were in the middle of the hallway equi-distant between doors.

Great Hotel This is the 3rd time staying at this hotel, and I will definitely keep going back! Convenient area, anything I need is within a 10 min drive. If I require any additional fun, the zoo, Worlds of Fun, and the Mall aren’t too far!

No coffee in the rooms. Had to wait until the breakfast bar opened at 6 am to get a cup of coffee.

Not impressed. Outside of hotel was nice. Homeless people camped out in parking lot. Hallway smelled of dogs (pet friendly hotel). Room had nice bathroom, nice bed. Terrible tv. DIRTY under bed and behind tables and dresser were USED CONDOMS and other garbage. There were zero kitchen items. No plates, cups, cutlery, coffee maker, blow dryer. No continental breakfast. Front staff were very unprofessional. On personal phone call while we waited to check in. We rented 2 rooms for 3 nights. I do not recommend.
