Usually, I like this property. The management company is another story. I had an emergency and had to leave three days early. I worked with Expedia to get a refund and the property did not help. They did not offer a credit, etc. Buyer beware.

Not a great stay. This is not a clean hotel. There are no dishes at all in the room, no hair dryer, very few outlets. If you’re in to the smell of dirty dish towels, and people talking and children crying in the halls and adjoining rooms, this hotel is for you. Hairy and crusty stained sheets and filthy carpet. We forfeited our already paid for 2nd night and went to a different hotel. Never again.

The room across the hall from ours had dogs that were barking non stop. I asked the front desk to address this. I even asked to change rooms and was told that they were booked solid. As we settled in to sleep. The dogs started barking again. I called the front desk again. It took them over an hour and a half to get the dogs quiet.

Booking said breakfast included but there was no breakfast.

Our hotel was overbook for hours and they made no attempt to contact us and were rude.

Do not stay here. We never had hot water, and the staff told me that when it’s busy, they just run out of hot water. The room was also not very clean and had trash under the bed. It’s also the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in because the rooms have hard floors and not carpet.
