Nice hotel the location was perfect The receptionist had a smile, explained the process of checking in and where to find all that we needed. Housekeeping Staff in the building, but did not collect trash from our room was overflowing. Overall the hotel was clean, quite would definitely stay there again!!

The breakfast was not as expected. I did like that we could open the windows for fresh air though!

Nice hotel We needed a hotel close to the Overland Park Medical Center. Easy to get to off I-435 and shopping and restaurants were close by. Rooms were clean and cooking in room is an option but no cooking utensils available so that defeats the purpose. Very disappointed in what was available for breakfast. No brochure available about hotel so no knowledge of ice machines, and accommodations, etc.

Free breakfast consisted of a granola bar or packed of oatmeal to make yourself. Room and bed was comfortable.

Not great. But fine. We were shocked to come back after an entire day gone to find they hadn't cleaned our room. Upon calling the front desk I was given a long drawn out story about how the one maid had an emergency that day. Then they finally revealed that at Extended Stay your room only gets cleaned once a week so ours wouldn't have been up for cleaning anyways. That's new news. Beds weren't comfy. But the individual rooms were fine. Outdated, but fine.
