nice but not sound proof There were just a few problems first room wasn't cleaned the second was fine except for toilet paper and wash rags. It was a very comfortable room only complaint is you can hear the person next to you just talking on the phone. I had to keep the TV on all night. The staff were very friendly

Hotel is at good spot, easy to get to it Hotel is located in good place, just need to put out there no breakfast,

Nice hotel the location was perfect The receptionist had a smile, explained the process of checking in and where to find all that we needed. Housekeeping Staff in the building, but did not collect trash from our room was overflowing. Overall the hotel was clean, quite would definitely stay there again!!

The breakfast was not as expected. I did like that we could open the windows for fresh air though!

Nice hotel We needed a hotel close to the Overland Park Medical Center. Easy to get to off I-435 and shopping and restaurants were close by. Rooms were clean and cooking in room is an option but no cooking utensils available so that defeats the purpose. Very disappointed in what was available for breakfast. No brochure available about hotel so no knowledge of ice machines, and accommodations, etc.
