Not very inviting It was a little rough. Most of the staff was friendly. No coffee in the room & when I went down to the front it was gone by 9:30 am on a Sunday. The guy behind the desk snapped at me when I asked. The room was clean but the hall smelled of urine. The lobby smelled odd as well. We won't be back.
Not the best. First, Hotels.com booked us the wrong room. When they tried to fix it the hotel told us they didn't have a room with 2 beds mind you hotels.com still had the option of 2 beds. So after a 12 hour drive some of my family had to sleep on the floor. Then when we get to the "non-smoking" room it smelled like pure cigarettes. Luckily they changed us to another room. STAY AWAY Hotel has the slowest internet. Bath had huge urine stains around the toilet and the AC was super loud. Everything felt gross. It's nasty. Worst hotel experience in my life.
Beware of extended stay properties!!! Had two rooms booked for some friends and when they arrived their were guests sitting in the lobby waiting to be checked in. Guests had been sitting their for about 40 minutes and n one was at the front desk. They also were told that they overbook and that their were people finding other arrangements. Our friends left and found another hotel. Will never book or stay at an extended stay.
It's no so good can't described my stay. It's the worst on my life. I used to set at this hotel before. But last one is the last. No any for the mentioned was available at the room . I booked city view..,when I reach they given room # 148 beside Landry , no lights.. Bad smille .. Reception was bad (David) .. Seems that we don't deserved this place he deal with us. Call ahead to check on you reservation ??? Arrived at 5:30 pm and check in was at 3:00. Told by David at front desk we were supposed to call and confirm our reservation?? But Travelocity site says the reservation is confirmed and no need to call ! Had the staff- David- tell us he had to take our rooms from someone else and that we were lucky he would take them from someone else. He was rude to us and all other ppl checking in at that time.
horrible This was the absolute worst place I have ever stayed. The staff was rude, the service was horrible. It was like pulling wild hog teeth to get anything for our room. They never answered the phone at the front desk. Our toilet only flushed when it wanted to. the first room they gave us had not been cleaned, so we had to have them find us a different room. Not a good time Check in was not that great as I had a hard time understanding the person who muttered a lot and just wants to go home. The room we were assigned to was a mess, the bed was not made, trash not taken out, no housekeeping was done for the room. The second room we were assigned to had a bad smell. There were no eatery around and asking the front desk, they did not know anything about the area. When I choose my hotel I'm looking to make sure they offer breakfast being I'm staying there for work and this hotel said they offer a Continental breakfast which is not the case they offer coffee and muffins only and will not be back again
