VERY disappointing The room had antiquated appliances, the tub hadn't been cleaned anytime recently before we arrive (the evidence was a spiderweb around the tub drain and faucet area), one of the beds had a broken frame, and the bathroom had no shower curtain.

Don't Stay Here. Room was very comfortable, but that was really the only good thing. When we got there about 7:30 p.m., we immediately called for them to bring our dishes and a coffee pot. The dishes arrived within about 10 minutes, but no coffee pot. I went to the front desk and told them no coffee pot, and they said they would send one right over. At 9:15 p.m. I called and told them we would be going to bed in about 20 minutes, and they again told me they would send one right up. It never arrived. No in-room coffee for us!... read more

Will not go back. Good location. Room needs updating. Lg stained area on the carpet in front of entry door.Bathroom floor was sticky. Will not go back.

Yuck I woke up to spiders on my face three times. My husband woke up covered in bug bites. The room was non smoking and pet-friendly. It smelled heavily of stale cigarette smoke and urine. I wouldn't walk around the room without shoes because of it. The room looked very clean regardless of smell and bugs. The staff immediately called an exterminator when I informed the of the bugs. They offered a partial refund when but because I paid through a third party they said they could not give one.

Update In real need of an update to the rooms. Non smoking room smelled like smoke.

OVERPRICED Our stay was not the best, we needed clean towels but they didn't have any, They wanted to charge 15.00 to clean our room for check in we stood outside for 30 minutes because no one was at the front lobby!!!!

Eh. It is what it is. We stayed at the Extended Stay while visiting KC in July. It was quite dated, smelled funny and the lock on our door looked like it had been kicked in multiple times. The bed was stiff, but the room served it's purpose and the staff was friendly. It was fine for our one night stay but I wouldnt go there again.

Wouldn't stay here again. The linens were clean, but the counter top was sticky and food was left in the refrigerator by previous guests. I didn't feel like anything was wiped down, only bed was made and clean towels left.

Had to ask for a shower curtain, and the room was very poorly cleaned. The staff, however was kind and friendly.
