No rm svc, there was a rat in the drawer and the rm was very small

Horrible Place to Stay Nothing positive to say about this hotel. To start unless I missed something on the web page we were informed that housekeeping was only done 1 time a week. The shower and shower curtain had mold on both of them. There was an electrical outlet that did not have an outlet cover on it essentially exposing the wires. But out favorite was finding ants coming through the wall where the table was attached and crawling all over the table. Only if I had to... We checked in here because our power was out. There was no TV remote in the room, and no phone to call the front desk. After calling from my cell phone and getting forwarded to central reservations I was told to hang up and try calling again. They were less than helpful at the front desk but brought a remote about 20 minutes later. There were also damaged drawers in the kitchen and the tub and sink made me feel like I was in some war-torn country. I won't go back unless I absolutely have to.

You get what you pay for You get what you pay for. The staff was very accommodating, we reserved a double bed room but was unavailable at check in, so they gave us another complimentary room. It is an older hotel and looks like new owners are taking steps to upgrade some rooms. Just over booked on a busy weekend.

This was the worst experience I have had ever staying at a hotel. The rooms are dirty and not clean well.

I reserved a two queen size bed and instead I got a full size bed. The room was dirty.

Acceptable but not great Parking lot was crowded. Lots of traffic noise due to the fact hotel is located on the freeway. Bathroom didn't have wash cloths. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall. Bed was uncomfortable.
